Introduction: 2019 corona virus disease (COVID-19), a respiratory caused by new (SARS 2, also known as novel virus) in China, has spread and attracted worldwide attention. The WHO declared the outbreak of COVID-19 global public health emergency on January 30, 2020. Following 2002 (SARS-Corona Virus) 2012 MERS Corona Virus, SARS is third most infectious largest that human outbreaks 20th century.
 Aim: To assess Indians law affects or supports Indian citizen with present scenario Pandemic.
 Conclusion: Coronavirus called for mixed response India. answer includes host regulations, guidelines, services, administrative structures, well government warnings. As demands action grow, Passivence Sicknesses Act become topic discussion. Instead establishing comprehensive care system, Pestilence Infections allows states to take special measures serious diseases. gives broad mandate participate oppressive actions against citizens within this limited framework.
